Construction began in Summer 2020 on single family homes along Miner’s Trail at Old Greenwood. Designed by Zehren Architecture — the celebrated design blends classic alpine exteriors with contemporary mountain interior finishes. Each four-bedroom floor plan is perfectly crafted for multi-generational and multi-family living. Outside, an expansive deck with space for hot tub and fire pit create the perfect space to entertain.
